If you‘ve met me (Sascha that is) you’ll know I’m never short of words, and have strongly held opinions on food and the food industry, farming & the politics that surround it. We love what we do, and I spend a lot of time standing up, talking about it and telling people how good it is. Farming is full of people like me, albeit a little less vocal, who care deeply about their land, and aim for the highest standards in the food they produce.
